Job summary

Google is seeking a Product Manager for AI-enabled Search to guide products from conception to launch, bridging technical and business perspectives. You will break down complex problems and lead cross-functional teams, including engineers and UX designers, to deliver impactful AI-powered search experiences.

Responsibilities include defining strategy for modeling capabilities, evaluating outputs, and ensuring product quality at global scale.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1).
Experience integrating generative artificial intelligence tools or large language model interfaces into workflows.

Responsibilities

Define product strategy for key modeling capabilities and quality improvements enabling AI use cases.
Own model output evaluation and analysis, informing product quality and prioritization.
Navigate Generative AI and Search product landscape to serve billions of users.
Drive development of bringing best of the web to AI experience quality.
Oversee product requirements with engineers, PMs, and UX partners during design.
