Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1).
Experience integrating generative artificial intelligence tools or large language model interfaces into workflows.

Responsibilities

Define product strategy for modeling capabilities and quality improvements with cross-functional teams.
Own model output evaluation and analysis using user research insights to inform quality and prioritization.
Understand Generative AI and Search product landscape to navigate building AI products for billions of users.
Drive the development of bringing best of the web to AI Experience quality.
Own product requirement documents with engineers, PMs, and UX professionals during product design.
