Job summary

Google Search is seeking a product manager to guide GenAI-enabled search experiences from ideation to launch. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, UX, and research to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly solutions.

You will evaluate models, run experiments, and shape product strategy across languages and regions, helping billions of users access information more effectively with trusted AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
• Experience with GenAI model training or quality experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand engaged GenAI + Search product landscape.
• Define product strategy for modeling capabilities and quality improvements.
• Own model evaluations, live experiments, and user feedback analysis.
• Understand building GenAI products for billions of users across 40+ languages.
• Operate in a high-paced, rapidly changing environment.
