Job summary

WK Dickson, an Ardurra Company, is seeking a Group Leader for the Land Development/Civil Engineering practice in South Carolina. Lead and grow a team delivering site layouts, utilities, grading, drainage, and permitting for municipal and private clients.

You will mentor staff, manage budgets and schedules, pursue work through proposals, and maintain strong relationships with local municipalities across SC. PE license preferred, 15+ years' direct experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required.
• PE license in SC preferred; 15+ years of directly applicable experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Land Development group, delivering projects on time.
• Guide design, research, and drawings for site layout and utilities.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, quality, and client service.
• Develop proposals and grow client relationships with SC municipalities.
