Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and interpret prints.
• Welding and troubleshooting skills, including TIG welding where required.

Responsibilities

• Train, instruct, direct and review work of employees; supervise operations.
• Lay out work, set up equipment and maintain tools.
• Assigns work, reviews scheduling and ensures adequate supplies to avoid delays.
• Inspect finished items for quality and maintain equipment to proper condition.
• Maintain records and reports as assigned; ensure safety and compliance with policies.
• Communicate issues to supervisor and assist in all department operations.
