Job summary

Amplify is seeking a Group Curriculum Manager to lead a content development team for Amplify Science, K-8. You will manage operations, ensure quality across multiple curricula, and drive improvements based on educator feedback and student outcomes.

You will coach and mentor content specialists, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and partner with stakeholders to align with academic standards and assessment integration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive science curriculum content development experience, including 3-5 years of increasing management responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Proven people management and team leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
• Multi-curriculum project management across various subjects and grades.
• Content development operations experience and process optimization.
• Strong communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of educational standards and assessment alignment.
• Experience mentoring curriculum professionals and building team capabilities.
• Data analysis and improvement focus to raise outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage content development team and operations, providing day-to-day leadership and resource coordination.
• Oversee multi-curriculum content development across internal and external teams.
• Drive content quality and consistency standards and establish review procedures.
• Coordinate project delivery and resource management to meet deadlines and scope.
• Develop team capabilities, coaching, performance evaluations, and growth opportunities.
• Facilitate collaboration with curriculum teams and subject matter experts.
• Monitor content effectiveness through educator feedback and student data.
