Amplify is seeking a Group Curriculum Manager to lead the content development team responsible for Amplify Science for grades K-8. You will drive quality, coordinate cross-curriculum projects, and ensure timely delivery of instructional materials that meet high standards.

You will mentor content specialists, collaborate with subject matter experts, and oversee program operations to optimize content effectiveness and educator outcomes across diverse curricula.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of progressive science curriculum content development experience with increasing management responsibility and leading content teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or related field.
• Master's degree highly preferred.
• Proven experience leading content teams and coordinating multiple curriculum projects across diverse subject areas.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of educational standards and assessment integration.

Aufgaben

• Manage content development team and operations - directly manage a team of Curriculum Content Specialists and Copy Editors, providing day-to-day leadership and resource coordination.
• Oversee multi-curriculum content development across grade levels, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery of instructional materials.
• Drive content quality and consistency standards by establishing processes and review benchmarks across programs.
• Coordinate project delivery and resource management to meet scope and deadlines.
• Develop team capabilities and performance through coaching and evaluations.
• Facilitate collaboration with curriculum teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders.
• Monitor content effectiveness and improvement using educator feedback and student outcomes.
