Geosyntec Consultants seeks a Principal Quantitative Hydrogeologist / Groundwater Modeler to join our Oakland or Walnut Creek offices. The role focuses on contaminated site assessment, remediation, groundwater management, and litigation support, leveraging advanced modeling and field data.

You will lead complex projects, mentor staff, manage client relationships, and drive business development while delivering technically rigorous reports and sustainable solutions for clients across the public

Formación

• At least 10 years of related hydrogeology experience.
• Experience developing and analyzing aquifer performance tests.
• Demonstrated interest in contaminant remediation and quantitative hydrogeology.
• Experience with visualization tools and groundwater flow modeling is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage technical projects and drive business development and client management.
• Plan and implement investigations and remediation projects, budgets, schedules, and quality.
• Serve as the technical specialist on groundwater projects.
• Design and oversee field investigations and conceptual hydrogeologic models.
• Oversee aquifer testing and data analyses and prepare reports and proposals.
• Lead client meetings and proposals; develop a client portfolio.
• Mentor and supervise junior staff; support career development.
• Occasionally perform fieldwork and travel to project sites.
• Drive project-related travel to client sites and office locations as needed.
