Qualifications

• Nine months of experience operating power equipment (mowers, clippers, tractors).
• Nine months of experience as a laborer/groundskeeper or in vegetation maintenance.
• Must possess a valid Texas driver license or obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform groundskeeping duties at the hospital including mowing, trimming, fertilizing, and planting trees and shrubs.
• Train other staff to use tools commensurate with skill and ability.
• Designate and assign mowing/weed eating zones to staff and lead daily/weekly schedules.
