Qualifications

• Operates mowers, trimmers, edgers and related grounds equipment.
• Assists in plant care, lawn maintenance and pest control tasks.
• Maintains knowledge of safety practices for grounds and maintenance work.
• Ability to read emails, report time and participate in online trainings.

Responsibilities

• Operates mowers (zero-turn and push), trimmers, edgers and other grounds equipment and performs minor repairs.
• Plants, fertilizes, prunes, and maintains shrubs, trees, lawns, and irrigation systems; assists with drainage and pest removal.
• Contributes to projects like sidewalks, edging, tree work, sod laying and beds installation; supports both main campus and centers.
• Operates campus vehicles as needed to support grounds operations.
• Assists in painting, signage, parking lots and sidewalks maintenance; participates in snow removal.
