Job Description

• Performs landscaping of grounds.
• Evaluates and reports conditions that detract from the safety or aesthetic of the premises.
• Removes debris and addresses hazardous conditions to ensure a safe environment.
• Assists contractors and vendors with on-site events or maintenance activities.
• Cares for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, and trimming or edging around flower beds, walks, or walls.
• Provides grounds maintenance in all seasons to ensure year-round upkeep.
• Directs and leads the work of others, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of complicated tasks requiring a certain degree of creativity and latitude.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field [Required]
