Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain and beautify outdoor areas at our campus. The role involves performing landscaping, inspecting conditions, removing debris, and supporting on-site events at 10999 Narcoossee Rd. This is a full-time schedule with day shifts.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma, 3+ years of experience, and a valid Driver's License. Basic computer skills and English communication are required.

Responsibilities

• Performs landscaping of grounds.
• Evaluates and reports conditions affecting safety or aesthetics.
• Removes debris and addresses hazards for safe environment.
• Assists contractors and vendors with on-site events or maintenance.
• Maintains lawns: mulching, aerating, weeding, trimming edges.
• Provides year-round grounds maintenance.
• Directs and leads others to completion of tasks.
• Relies on experience to plan and achieve goals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
