The ideal candidate has five years of full-time plant care experience, including two years in a supervisory capacity, a valid driver's license, and must pass a federal fingerprint check.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Five (5) years of full-time experience in care, maintenance and propagation of plants, with two years as a working supervisor.
• Valid driver's license at time of appointment.
• Pre-employment fingerprint-based criminal history record check for positions with airport access.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and review activities of groundskeeping staff.
• Supervise fertilizing, weeding and pruning activities.
• Oversee installation and maintenance of irrigation/pipelines and sprinkler systems.
• Estimate time and labor costs and maintain records and reports.
