Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of experience operating grounds equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate street sweeper to clean Duke streets, roads and parking lots.
• Operate tractor with front end loader to move dirt, brush, trash and plantings.
• Operate backhoe to dig ditches and holes; maintain lawns, roads and paths.
• Operate truck rated >10,000 pounds to haul materials in grounds and golf course.
• Perform routine maintenance and report needed repairs.
