Job summary

JLL, a global real estate advisor, seeks a Senior Project Manager for a hybrid/remote role serving a multi-site portfolio. The position requires up to 60% travel and live within the designated portfolio area, with on-site duties in Des Moines, IA and nearby markets.

You will lead cross-functional teams through ground-up construction and renovation projects, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate architects/engineers/contractors, and ensure client objectives and risk controls are met.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of project management experience across design and ground-up construction.
• Experience with scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management and contract negotiations.
• Familiarity with architectural drawings, fixtures, design concepts and construction costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to manage multiple construction/renovation projects.
• Oversee projects from initiation through completion, including design, planning, permits and closeout.
• Provide regular status updates on schedule, budget, risks and cash flow.
