Job summary

Qualifications

10+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent.
Led ground-up commercial builds, $20M+ in NM.
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of construction safety regulations and building codes.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the construction project from pre-construction through project completion.
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of the project.
Manage project budget and ensure cost control measures are in place.
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project timelines are met.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
Regularly communicate with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
