Job summary

Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking a Group Product Manager for Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and RMIS in a remote United States position. You will lead product strategy and execution, shaping a competitive GRC/RMIS product line through customer insight, market intelligence, and AI-enabled prioritization.

As a mentor to Product Managers and Analysts, you will drive a prioritized roadmap, collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing, and monitor product KPIs to continuously improve

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in the GRC domain.
• Experience in product management, product marketing, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of GRC/RMIS markets and industry dynamics.
• Bachelor's degree in technology, business, or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define a cohesive vision and strategy for GRC/RMIS offerings.
• Develop and manage a prioritized product roadmap aligned with customers and business goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and Analysts.
• Conduct customer and market research to uncover needs and opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver products.
• Monitor KPIs and use data/AI insights to drive improvements.
