Ripple is seeking a Senior GRC Program Manager for Ripple Treasury in Chicago. You will support customer security assurance, backing up the RFP team, and coordinating responses to security questionnaires.

This role bridges security, sales, and compliance, and involves DORA audit support and collaboration with Legal, Sales, and Customer Success. You will translate technical controls into customer-ready answers, maintain secure documentation, and drive continuous improvement across engagements

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GRC or related security function with hands-on experience responding to customer security questionnaires.
• Solid grounding in security frameworks: SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, SWIFT; strong core security domains like access control and encryption.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks for financial services; direct exposure to DORA is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to translate security concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent customer engagements with strong organization.
• Background with financial services or FinTech; familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and DORA.
• Certs such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or Security+ are preferred.

Responsibilities

• RFP & Security Questionnaire Support: backup to RFP team; complete and review security questionnaires accurately and on deadline; maintain repository of approved responses.
• Customer Engagement: meet with prospective and existing customers; walk through the Ripple security program; respond to security questions; support security aspects of deals and renewals.
• Security Sales Documentation: create and maintain security collateral, overviews, trust center content, attestations, control mappings, and data-flow references.
• DORA Audit Support: assist in managing customer-initiated DORA audits; coordinate logistics and evidence; liaise between customers and control owners.
• Evidence & Control Coordination: work with control owners across InfoSec, Engineering, IT to validate responses and gather evidence.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with Legal, Sales, Customer Success to ensure accurate representation of Ripple Treasury's security posture.
• Continuous Improvement: develop standardized responses, FAQs, and enablement materials to reduce effort and speed up responses.
• Risk Judgment: identify requests with security, compliance, or contractual risk; escalate appropriately.
