Job summary

ProMach, Inc. is seeking a Senior Compliance Accountant to partner with the Director of Accounting & Compliance to advance ProMach's governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) program through process improvement, control optimization, and scalable GRC tools.

You will document key processes, evaluate financial control design, support control testing and remediation, and maintain GRC documentation and tools across the organization, bringing a detail-oriented, public-company mindset to the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant accounting, GRC, internal controls, public accounting, and/or public company experience.
• High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to work with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maturity of ProMach’s GRC program across enterprise-wide areas.
• Document key processes using narratives, risk and control matrices, and flowcharts.
• Design and support monitoring to ensure adherence to policies and GRC requirements.
• Monitor regulations and governance trends; provide guidance on impacts across the organization.
• Lead training on GRC documentation and system usage, and support Workiva-related needs.
