Job summary

Gilder Search Group is looking for a Sr. GRC Analyst to manage Third-Party & Human Risk while ensuring risks are identified and treated satisfactorily. The role requires 6-8 years in risk assessment, with a bachelor's degree and required certifications expected. You'll lead risk assessments, vendor due diligence, and security awareness programs, contributing to a security-first culture.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years’ experience in Risk & Compliance Assessment or similar functions.
• 3-4+ years in Information Security roles focusing on Risk Analysis and Human Risk Management.
• Required Certifications: CRISC, SSAP, CTPRP within 9 months of starting.

Responsibilities

• Own the 3rd Party Vendor Risk Management program assessing external risks.
• Conduct due diligence on new and existing vendors.
• Document and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Track Key Risk and Performance Indicators.
