Job summary

Gilder Search Group is looking for a Sr. GRC Analyst focused on Third-Party & Human Risk Management in St. Louis, Missouri. The role ensures all human and third-party risks to Clayco are identified and treated appropriately. Key responsibilities include owning the TPRM process and managing the Security Awareness program.

Applicants should have 6-8 years' experience in risk assessment, relevant certifications, and a background in information security. Comprehensive benefits and a discretionary bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years' experience in Risk & Compliance Assessment or similar functions.
• 3-4+ years in Information Security roles involving Risk Analysis.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Assumes operational ownership of the 3rd Party Vendor Risk Management program.
• Conducts due diligence on vendors by reviewing security documentation.
• Collaborates with teams to ensure contracts have data protection clauses.
• Develops engaging materials to promote security awareness.
