Job summary

IGE is seeking a Graphic Production Manager in Aurora, CO to lead the graphics team and oversee production from concept to final deliverables. This role manages schedules, coordinates with vendors and internal teams, and ensures profitability and high-quality output for client branding and trade show graphics.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in graphic production with a managerial background, plus expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and printing processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in graphic production with managerial experience.
• Experience in graphic design and production workflows.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography and printing.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all graphic production from concept to final execution.
• Manage production schedules and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
• Lead and mentor a 3-person graphics team.
• Ensure on-time delivery and profitability of projects.
• Coordinate with CAD, purchasing, fabrication, logistics and clients.
• Prepare post-show reports and monitor quality control.
