Qualifications

• Several years of professional graphic design experience with significant packaging experience.
• Strong portfolio showing retail packaging and consumer product design.
• Expert-level proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Significant experience using AI tools within the creative process.
• Solid understanding of dielines, print production, color management and pre-press.

Responsibilities

• Design compelling, retail-ready packaging from concept to print-ready production.
• Develop dielines, layouts, mockups, and prototypes for product lines.
• Create packaging concepts communicating features, benefits and branding.
• Adapt designs across multiple products, SKUs, sizes and retailers.
• Produce catalogs, sell sheets, digital content and marketing materials.
• Maintain consistent branding across packaging, products and promotions.
• Collaborate with product development to conceptualize new consumer products.
• Contribute ideas for new packaging formats and visual direction.
• Translate concepts into visual presentations and prototypes.
• Work with sales to understand retailer needs and market opportunities.
• Support new-product development from concept through production.
• Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, visualization and workflows.
