Chapter Aesthetic Studio in Oglesby, IL is seeking a Senior Graphic & Digital Designer for an onsite role in TAG’s Creative organization. You will own design, development, and production for multi-channel marketing and campaigns, collaborating with marketing and other teams to build standards, systems, and creative that supports performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Graphic Design or related field with 5–10 years of experience.
Proven track record delivering concept to final execution across multi-channel marketing.
Digitally focused portfolio showing design across web, email/CRM, social, display.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and production of marketing materials across web, email, social, display, and advertising.
Develop and maintain design standards and contribute to campaign concepting.
Build and maintain style guides and design systems for consistent brand experiences.
