Royal Change is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join a growing creative team. You will shape the brand across digital content, fitness programs, marketing campaigns, and merchandise, not just execute templates.

Ideal candidates will think conceptually, craft distinctive visual directions, and deliver high‑quality artwork with strong attention to detail. Remote candidates are encouraged, with headquarters in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in graphic design or visual communications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, illustration, and concept work.
• 3+ years of professional graphic design and/or illustration experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud with Illustrator and Photoshop; InDesign preferred.
• Experience across digital, social, print, and apparel/merchandise.
• Strong understanding of current design trends and best practices.
• Reliable, responsive, and organized with remote and in-person collaboration abilities.

Responsabilités

• Assist in design and execute deliverables for content marketing across social platforms.
• Collaborate on email campaigns and membership deliverables.
• Develop visual identities and campaign artwork for programs and launches.
• Create original illustrations and graphics, avoiding overreliance on templates.
• Produce sophisticated photo composites and image manipulations for campaigns.
• Design apparel graphics and ensure artwork translates to physical products.
• Translate concepts into cohesive visual systems across multiple touchpoints.
• Generate multiple creative directions and articulate rationale.
