Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Communications, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
• 4–6 years of graphic design experience in an agency, marketing, or integrated creative environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, design fundamentals, and cross-format experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma.
• Brand identity systems, visual consistency, production workflows, file preparation, and QA processes.
• Ability to interpret direction, contribute to concept development, and deliver compelling designs for marketing objectives.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce production-ready assets and documentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Organization and time management for multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Mentoring capabilities to guide junior designers.
• Adaptability and curiosity about emerging design technologies and AI-assisted tools.
• Commitment to inclusive design and accessible marketing.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual designs across digital, print, social media, content marketing, and integrated campaigns.
• Translate creative concepts into execution with art directors and senior leaders.
• Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables.
• Manage production and QA: prepare production-ready files, assets, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Senior Art Directors, and Creative Directors to refine concepts.
• Mentor junior designers with constructive feedback and guidance.
• Contribute to templates, asset libraries, design systems, and production standards.
• Develop visual materials for client presentations, pitches, and initiatives.
• Leverage approved AI-powered tools to explore directions and improve workflows.
• Keep assets organized and aligned with asset management practices.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices.
