Job summary

CityVet is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to shape and strengthen how CityVet and Arista Advanced Pet Care show up across every touchpoint. This hands-on role requires delivering high-output creative, balancing strategic thinking with production speed, and collaborating across marketing, operations, and clinic teams.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7+ years in graphic design, a strong portfolio, and advanced Adobe CC skills.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of professional graphic design experience in fast-moving environments.
• Strong portfolio across brand, digital, social, campaign and print.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Solid typography, layout, hierarchy, color and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience evolving brand systems while maintaining consistency.
• Ability to balance big-picture thinking with production detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from concept through final production with clear prioritization.
• Develop and execute creative across digital, social, paid media, email, web, print.
• Serve as brand steward, maintaining consistency and scalable systems.
• Lead creative development for new clinics, including launch materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, digital, operations and clinic teams.
• Create multimedia assets, including motion graphics and simple animation.
• Use campaign data to refine creative and improve engagement.
• Prepare production-ready files and uphold high craft standards.
• Support design system improvements to boost team efficiency.
