Job summary

CityVet is seeking a seasoned Senior Graphic Designer to shape and elevate how CityVet and Arista Advanced Pet Care appear across touchpoints. This hands-on role demands a fast-paced, high-output mindset with strong prioritization and stakeholder collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of graphic design experience, a standout portfolio, and advanced Adobe CC skills. Experience with multi-location brands and healthcare sectors is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of professional graphic design experience in fast-moving environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across brand, digital, print, and campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience designing within established brand systems and evolving them as needed.
• Ability to balance big-picture thinking with detailed production work.
• Strong project-management and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and high craft standards.
• Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus.
• Experience with multi-location, healthcare, veterinary or consumer brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from concept through final production across multiple initiatives.
• Develop and execute creative for digital, social, paid media, email, web, and print.
• Serve as brand steward, ensuring consistency while evolving brand systems.
• Lead creative for new clinic openings and launch materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, digital, operations, and clinics to translate needs into solutions.
• Create multimedia assets, including motion graphics and short-form video.
• Improve creative using campaign performance and channel best practices.
• Prepare production-ready files and maintain high brand accuracy.
• Help improve design systems and resources for the team.
