Job summary

Mission Pet Health seeks a skilled Graphic Designer (Contractor) to create and maintain marketing assets for veterinary hospitals and strategic initiatives. From concept to execution, you will elevate the brand experience while ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

This contract role involves collaborating with Marketing, managing templates, and coordinating freelance resources to meet timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in-house/agency design experience.
• Strong typography, layout, color theory and composition knowledge.
• Proven ability to create clear, deadline-driven creative work.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
• Familiarity with UX design principles.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects on tight timelines.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders and freelance resources.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design multi-channel assets with a consistent brand look.
• Refine brand identity and align assets across touchpoints.
• Create templates for marketing efficiency across channels.
• Design campaign collateral, presentations, signage and tradeshows.
• Develop templates for web/email campaigns, landing pages and social content.
• Outsource and manage freelancers to maintain quality and deadlines.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure high-quality, on-brand output.
