Qualifikationen

• Must have lighting experience or relatable experience in lighting industry.
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating print and digital work, brand development, and marketing communications.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Experience creating presentations, product marketing materials, and sales collateral.
• Strong project management, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and collaborate across departments.

Aufgaben

• Lead the design and execution of creative assets supporting new product launches.
• Create email campaigns, brochures and presentations, specification sheets, and banners.
• Coordinate website updates and hero image changes.
• Ensure materials align with brand standards and marketing objectives.
• Design high-quality print and digital collateral, trade show displays, web graphics, and promos.
• Maintain brand consistency across Delta Light Group North America brands.
• Prepare production-ready files for distribution and print vendors.
