Job summary

Delta Faucet Company is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to lead creative solutions for marketing materials, POP, signage, ads, literature, and showroom graphics. The role collaborates with designers and managers to bring brand assets to life following guidelines in a hybrid Carmel, Indiana headquarters setting.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in communication arts or graphic design, 5+ years design experience, and advanced Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator skills plus UX tools like

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in communication arts, graphic design or related field.
• 5+ years of experience within a design team or agency.
• Advanced ability with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding and comfort level with Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
• Experience in UX design tools such as Figma.
• Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint required.
• Strong understanding of branding, across multiple mediums (digital, print, slideware, social, motion).
• Excellent project management skills.
• Extremely well organized; detail oriented.
• Ability to meet deadlines with minimal oversight.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive in sharing work and open to feedback.
• Design portfolio required.

Responsibilities

• Apply design strategy to all visual content targeting decision makers.
• Maintain brand consistency and visual message across assets.
• Translate stakeholder needs into compelling graphics.
• Polish final images and graphics to high quality.
• Improve processes, shorten lead times and increase efficiency.
• Self-manage project priorities, timelines and resources.
• Navigate between creative and production work.
• Create and enhance design templates; edit existing graphics.
• Asset creation for launch support; retail POP design.
• Develop sell sheets, brochures and other literature.
• Create digital, web or campaign graphics.
• Prepare working files for print production; tag assets in DAM.
• Support event projects; handle photography edits in Photoshop.
