Uline, a family-owned company, seeks a Senior Graphic Designer in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will lead high-impact creative initiatives across catalogs, events, advertising and digital channels, ensuring brand integrity and top-tier design within our award-winning in-house Creative team.

Collaborate with partners across the business, mentor junior designers and interns, and work with our on-site photo studio to bring concepts to life with compelling imagery.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 7+ years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating print and digital work in a B2B setting.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud on MacOS.
• Strong design, creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Conceptualize and design high-quality creative across print and digital channels, including catalogs, direct mail, digital marketing and internal communications.
• Lead creative projects from concept through completion, balancing strong design with business goals, timelines and brand standards.
• Partner with teams across Uline to develop creative solutions that communicate ideas clearly and make an impact.
