Uline, a family-owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer for its Pleasant Prairie, WI campus. You will lead high-impact creative initiatives—from catalogs to events and advertising—and collaborate across the on-site Creative team to maintain brand integrity.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, 7+ years of experience, and expert knowledge of Adobe Creative

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 7+ years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong print and digital design principles in a B2B-related setting.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and MacOS.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design high-quality creative across print and digital channels, including catalogs, direct mail, digital marketing and internal communications.
• Lead creative projects from concept through completion, balancing strong design with business goals, timelines and brand standards.
• Partner with teams across Uline to develop creative solutions that communicate ideas clearly and make an impact.
• Collaborate with our on-site photo studio team to bring creative concepts to life through compelling imagery.
• Mentor junior designers and interns, sharing knowledge and helping elevate the quality of the team's work.
