Job summary

Uline is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead high-impact creative across catalogs, events, advertising and internal communications. You will collaborate with partners across the business and the in-house Creative team to ensure brand integrity and exceptional design quality.

You have a Bachelor's in Graphic Design, 7+ years of experience, a strong print and digital portfolio, and mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud on MacOS. This is an on-site role with a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 7+ years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong print and digital design principles in a B2B-related setting.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and MacOS.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design high-quality creative across print and digital channels including catalogs and events.
• Lead creative projects from concept through completion while aligning with goals, timelines and brand standards.
• Partner with teams across Uline to develop creative solutions that communicate ideas clearly and make an impact.
• Collaborate with the on-site photo studio team to bring concepts to life through imagery.
• Mentor junior designers and interns, elevating the team's overall quality.
