Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking a Graphic Designer IV to provide high-level visual media support for eLearning, web, and video content.

The role combines graphics with animation and requires collaboration with instructional designers, developers, and subject matter experts to bring designs to life. The position emphasizes senior-level design thinking, leadership within a Center of Excellence, and extensive multimedia capabilities using AI to push creative boundaries.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of related graphic design experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a DoD Center of Excellence, with leadership.
• Experience with AI across multimodalities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other designers and cross-functional partners.
• Produce complex multimedia products including 3D assets and motion graphics.
• Define interaction patterns and visual standards for all customer products.
• Utilize AI to enhance motion graphics and video production.
• Deliver production-ready designs and documentation and see designs through to implementation.
• Coach peers and train GS personnel as needed.
