ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a Middle Web/Graphic Designer with strong creative skills, solid motion design experience, and advanced knowledge of AI-powered creative tools and workflows.
This is not a traditional graphic design role.
AI is a fundamental part of our creative process, and we're looking for someone who already uses it extensively in their daily work - from visual content generation and video production to workflow optimisation and automation.
The ideal candidate combines strong visual creativity, technical design skills, and an AI-first mindset, while being comfortable working across multiple brands, campaigns, and digital platforms.
You will collaborate with our creative team to produce engaging visuals, marketing assets, landing pages, animations, and scalable design solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and deliver high-quality visual assets for websites, landing pages, CRM campaigns, and social media.

• Create engaging marketing materials across multiple iGaming brands.

• Produce animated banners, motion graphics, and video content.

• Use AI tools extensively for image generation, video production, creative exploration, and asset optimisation.

• Integrate AI into daily design workflows to improve productivity, quality, and creative output.

• Work with Claude and other AI assistants to support creative production, workflow development, and process automation.

• Create, maintain, and optimise reusable design templates and scalable production workflows.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of digital assets.

• Maintain organised, up-to-date design files and reusable brand assets.

• Research, experiment with, and introduce new AI tools and creative techniques.

• Actively share knowledge, workflows, and innovative ideas with the design team.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Graphic & Digital Design - Mandatory

• Strong proficiency in Figma.

• Solid experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Excellent understanding of composition, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy.

• Experience creating digital marketing assets, landing pages, and reusable design templates.

• Strong creativity and the ability to develop original, visually engaging concepts.

AI Expertise - Mandatory
AI proficiency is a core requirement for this position, not simply a bonus.

• Proven experience using AI tools as an integral part of a professional design workflow.

• Strong hands-on experience with AI-powered image generation and editing tools such as Midjourney, Magnific, Higgsfield, and similar platforms.

• Strong familiarity with Claude or comparable AI assistants for creative production, workflow optimisation, and automation.

• Ability to combine AI-generated content with traditional design tools to produce professional, production-ready assets.

• Experience with prompt engineering, reference-based generation, and maintaining visual consistency across multiple outputs.

• Understanding of how AI can accelerate repetitive production tasks while improving creative quality.

Motion Design & Video Editing - Mandatory
At least an intermediate level of experience is required.

• Practical experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.

• Ability to create animated banners, motion graphics, and short-form video content.

• Experience editing, adapting, and optimising video assets for digital campaigns.

• Familiarity with AI-powered video generation and editing tools.

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end implementation.

• Experience with advanced video generation and AI-assisted motion workflows.

• Previous involvement in creative workflow automation initiatives.

• Experience with multiple brands and high-volume creative production.

INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital design, or a related field.

• Previous iGaming experience is mandatory.

• Experience working on casino, sportsbook, or gaming-related digital products and marketing campaigns.
