Job summary

Spiro is seeking an Experiential Creative Director to lead exhibition and event experiences across healthcare and aerospace sectors. You will guide multidisciplinary teams—3D, digital, brand and experience design—to deliver concepts that are bold, human, and commercially effective.

You will champion narrative coherence across all touchpoints from pre-show engagement to in-booth interactions, translating complex tech into immersive environments that elevate brand presence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading experiential creative projects in exhibitions or events.
• Ability to translate healthcare or aerospace concepts into immersive experiences.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across 3D, digital, brand and experience design.
• Develop overarching creative platforms unifying design, content and attendee journey.
• Guide ideation, development and pitch storytelling with clarity and vision.
• Ensure narrative coherence across pre-show, show floor and post-show touchpoints.
• Collaborate with strategy, content, motion and production teams to deliver cohesive experiences.
