Job summary

Publicis Media in Chicago is seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to create high‑quality work that supports business goals and advances brand storytelling. You will partner with the Chief Marketing Officer and Creative Director to translate briefs into polished presentations, brand materials, and digital content across formats, including video.

The role requires four days in the Chicago office, strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills, PowerPoint, and experience with AI-enabled tools;

Qualifications

• Four+ years professional experience in graphic design, visual design, brand design, art direction, or related field.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong PowerPoint skills and MS Office literacy.
• Experience with AI-enabled creative tools in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals and briefs into clear, effective design with CMO/Creative Director.
• Develop concepts and carry them through execution, production, and delivery.
• Design executive presentations, pitch decks, credentials, reports, and marketing materials.
• Create polished presentations for clients, prospects, and senior executives.
• Support new-business and pitch teams under tight deadlines.
• Maintain brand systems, templates, and reusable design assets.
• Shoot/edit short-form video content and manage video production tasks.
