Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (or portfolio).

• Portfolio showing branding, marketing collateral, digital design, and presentations.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Proficient in PowerPoint for building clean, professional decks.
• Experience translating concepts for marketing, sales and executives.
• Experience managing multiple projects under deadline pressure.
• Familiarity with Figma or Sketch for UI-adjacent work.
• Experience tracking content engagement metrics.
• Strong communication; able to defend design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and executives to visualize concepts.
• Create brochures, flyers, social graphics, and email templates.
• Design websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
