Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Sr. Graphic Designer to produce complex marketing materials for Multifamily and Debt & Structured Finance teams. You will design pitches and offering memoranda, adhere to brand guidelines, and develop new branding for unique properties.

Responsibilities include creating varied marketing collateral, ensuring clean handoffs, and mentoring junior designers. The role emphasizes collaboration with Transaction Managers and maintaining high-quality output within tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant design experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials including presentations, flyers, offering memoranda, email blasts, amenity maps, and market reports.
• Work primarily in InDesign; use Photoshop and Illustrator for support.
• Follow established file organization and formatting practices; ensure seamless handoff between designers.
• Create property branding and color palettes; draft drafts and revise per feedback.
• Manage large and complex design projects with Transaction Managers.
• Create and update professional team and property profiles.
• Mentor and train other designers; conduct some training on design software.
• Apply standard design principles to complete tasks and solve problems.
• Maintain broad knowledge of job discipline and related areas.
• Lead by example and uphold CBRE RISE values.
• Review own work carefully before submission and participate in QA.
