Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Graphic Designer to produce complex marketing materials for a high-volume Multifamily and Debt & Structured Finance team. You will create pitches, offering memoranda, and property branding within CBRE guidelines, with freedom to craft new identities for properties.

You will lead larger projects, mentor designers, and collaborate with Transaction Managers to tailor messaging and visuals for audiences across markets.

Qualifications

• Design marketing materials including presentations, flyers, multi-page offering memoranda, email blasts, amenity maps, and market reports.
• Follow established file organization and formatting practices of the design team.
• Manage larger and more complex design projects with cross-functional input.
• Mentor and train other designers and conduct some training on design software applications.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials including presentations, flyers, offering memoranda, email blasts, maps and market reports.
• Collaborate with Transaction Managers to understand audience, messaging and layout.
• Lead by example and ensure quality control of all team output.
• Explain complex information in straightforward terms to stakeholders.
