Southern Champion Tray is seeking a senior marketing and graphic design leader to bring the SCT brand to life through cohesive visual communications and strategic marketing execution. You will manage end-to-end creative projects, support product launches, and drive campaigns across digital channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Marketing, or related field; advanced degrees/des certifications desirable.
• Minimum seven (7) years in marketing and graphic design.
• Experience coordinating branding initiatives, digital marketing strategies, and comprehensive campaigns.
• Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress, SharePoint); strong Adobe Creative Suite skills.

Responsibilities

• Marketing execution: coordinate creative components of catalogs, brochures, sell sheets, ads and displays.
• Brand management: ensure brand guidelines across all design elements.
• Collaboration: align design with marketing goals with Marketing Manager.
• Mentor design team and foster creativity and growth.
• Oversee digital integration and AI-powered workflows to enhance efficiency while preserving brand integrity.
