Job summary

Just Ingredients, a health and wellness e-commerce brand, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong print and digital portfolio. You will own design projects from concept to production, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality visuals across platforms.

You'll collaborate with Brand, Creative, Product, and Retail teams, mentor junior designers, and help translate authentic brand voice into compelling assets. 5+ years required; bachelor's preferred.

Qualifications

• A portfolio showing range across print and digital work – required for consideration.
• 5+ years of graphic design experience with a strong mix of print and digital.
• Expert proficiency in Asana, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Deep command of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Solid print production knowledge, including color management, bleeds, and vendor file prep.
• A sharp eye for detail – you catch what others miss and hold yourself to a high visual standard.
• Clear, proactive communication – you keep collaborators informed, ask good questions, and stay steady when priorities shift.
• A growth mindset – you seek out challenges beyond your comfort zone and keep building new skills.
• A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to final delivery with production-ready files.
• Develop concepts and visual strategies for social, email, paid ads, web, billboards, and retail displays.
• Bring the brand into physical spaces through in-store signage and retail marketing materials.
• Create launch assets that drive awareness, trial, and engagement for new products.
• Protect and evolve the JI visual identity by maintaining brand guidelines and asset libraries.
• Carry the authentic brand voice into every piece and stay on-brand, on-brief, and on time.
• Partner with Brand, Creative, Product, Retail, Affiliate, and Content teams.
• Clarify goals, timelines, and expectations up front and update stakeholders throughout production.
• Pitch concepts in campaign brainstorms and strategic planning sessions.
• Mentor junior designers with feedback and guidance.
