Job summary

Qualtrics is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer in Dallas, TX to translate complex business strategies into compelling visual narratives across digital, marketing, and events. You will collaborate with marketing, copywriters, and fellow designers, owning major creative initiatives and mentoring junior talent.

You will apply expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with a strong eye for typography, storytelling, and brand guidelines, while contributing to motion graphics as a bonus.

Qualifications

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
• Core visual craft with typography, storytelling, and design principles.
• Growth mindset and openness to feedback and iteration.
• Autonomous execution with multi-project leadership in fast-paced environments.
• Clear design rationale and presenting concepts to non-design stakeholders.
• Mentorship and collaboration to support junior designers.
• Bonus: familiarity with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects).
