Qualtrics is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to translate complex business strategies into compelling visuals across digital, marketing, and events. You will mentor rising talent, collaborate with marketing managers, copywriters, and fellow designers, and own major creative initiatives from concept to delivery, elevating our brand presence.

You will shape typography, visual storytelling, and design systems while maintaining brand integrity across touchpoints and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
• Strong typography and visual storytelling fundamentals with attention to detail.
• Growth mindset and openness to constructive feedback and iteration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead from concept to delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication with non-design stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Mentorship and collaboration to support junior designers.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of high-impact visuals across marketing collateral, digital ads, social media, presentations, websites, and events.
• Maintain brand integrity and evolve global brand guidelines across touchpoints.
• Translate marketing objectives into cross-platform visual solutions that resonate with target audiences.
• Deliver quality under dynamic deadlines by managing workflows and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and creative teams to translate business requirements into visuals.
• Mentor junior designers and share best practices to scale team excellence.
