Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to spearhead the development of innovative visuals for aerospace and defense. You will lead the design team, manage complex projects, and ensure top-tier visual communication across media.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Visual Arts, 6+ years of experience, mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, and the ability to obtain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field required or 10+ years of related experience in absence of degree.
• 6+ years of experience in graphic design or related field; higher degree may substitute for experience.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office; strong portfolio required.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee creation and production of graphics, illustrations, and layouts for marketing, sales, and operations materials.
• Develop and drive visual content strategies for presentations, proposals, and product documentation.
• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to define goals and deliverables.
• Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and industry standards.
• Review and critique design work to ensure consistency and quality.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers and manage multiple high-impact projects.
