A politically-focused creative firm is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to produce innovative materials ahead of the upcoming election cycle. This remote position requires a portfolio and 6+ years of design experience, particularly in print. The designer will collaborate closely with teams to execute creative strategies and deliver high-quality work. A commitment to social justice and attention to detail are essential. Pivot seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team ahead of the 2026 election cycle. This is a fully remote position in our Creative Department.
The Senior Graphic Designer works with our award-winning creative and client services teams to produce polished, attention-grabbing materials. We are looking for a skilled, experienced designer with previous print production experience. In this role, you will help lead creative strategies for Pivot's clients and execute projects from concept to delivery. Ideal candidates are proactive, highly organized, and detail oriented. Senior Graphic Designers create quick and thoughtful solutions to meet client needs and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This is a full-time, temporary position through Election Day 2026 with competitive salary and excellent benefits. The nature of our business requires long hours during the election cycle, and we expect all staff to be flexible in this area. Weekend and evening work will be required. However, Pivot works to ensure all staff maintain a healthy work/life balance.

The annual salary for this position is set at $6,800 per month. There is also the opportunity for end of election bonuses, based off individual and firm performance. To ensure pay equity across our team, salaries are non-negotiable.
