Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Graphic Apparel Designer to develop seasonal graphics for Hollister womenswear at the Global Home Office in Columbus, OH.

You will collaborate with merchants and designers to translate trends into brand handwriting and deliver cutting edge prints and techniques. You should have a bachelor’s in graphic design or illustration, 5+ years of experience, and a portfolio demonstrating color theory, composition and typography.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or Illustration or related experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in graphic design, preferably for a global retailer.
• A portfolio is required with application showing strong design in color theory, composition and typography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Passion for the Abercrombie & Fitch brands and an interest in specialty retail.
• Strong color sense and ability to interpret fashion trends into brand handwriting.

Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal graphic concepts for a range of apparel categories while managing multiple product seasons.
• Present artwork and communicate vision to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with merchants and apparel designers to bring graphics to life.
• Manage design workflow and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay current with emerging trends to align graphics with market needs.
