Job summary

The International Living Future Institute (ILFI) is seeking an experienced Grants Manager to lead full cycle grant management, from researching opportunities to submitting proposals and reporting outcomes. This role will coordinate with the CEO, Chief Development Officer and program staff to craft compelling funding requests.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of grant-writing experience.
Demonstrated success securing and managing multi-year six to eight figure grants.
Ability to coordinate with senior leadership and program staff.
Excellent writing, organizational and communication skills.
Experience with grant forecasting and strategy.
Familiarity with grant databases and funding resources.

Responsibilities

Write, revise and submit grant applications with the CEO, CDO and staff.
Manage timelines and ensure submissions meet requirements.
Identify grant opportunities with the CDO across government and private funders.
Develop and recommend a grant writing strategy.
Establish and maintain relationships with funders.
Create and submit reports demonstrating use of funds and outcomes.
Collect supplementary materials for grant requests and reports.
Proofread proposals for clarity and accuracy.
Maintain organized records using Salesforce and internal tracking systems.
Develop relationships with program staff for proposal teams.
Align with ILFI’s mission and goals.
