Qualifications

• Five years of experience in office administration, clerical support, loan administration or servicing, grant administration, purchasing, accounting, or equivalent experience.
• An Associate, Bachelor's, or Master's degree may substitute for up to one year of experience.
• Strong MS Office skills are required, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Screen and direct inquiries, answer questions, and assist clients with department programmatic work.
• Coordinate grant and contract administration with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate intake for external inquiries related to projects and programs.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling, filing, and documentation management.
• Assist with planning and execution of events, including venue setup and feedback collection.
